Preamble

In rapidly changing world of education, it is imperative to identify gap in faculty empowerment in Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) and to suggest ways to upgrade it.

In the inaugural speech of IUCTE, Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi on 25th December 2014 at BHU, Varanasi emphasized that India as a country with highest youth population should dream of developing “Quality Teachers” as there lies a huge demand of good teachers across the globe. He clearly proclaimed that:
